Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process the refund

Refund Process

Return Shipping: Once authorized, return the item to the provided address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
Refund Issuance: If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
